In my pantry I have Sriracha, Sambal Oelek, Gochujang, four different types of ground red peppers, Chili paste with garlic, Chili Paste with holy basil, not to mention tabasco and franks red hot and Im sure a few others that have slipped my mind. Chili Paste with Holy Basil is actually an indonesian sauce you can buy from most asian grocery stores. I simply used it as marinade for some beef and rice noodles I was having for dinner.
